For their knives manufacture, Consigli family still remains faithful to the most famous Italian tradition, offering a product made with the best selected raw materials.
This knife, called “hunchback” by the turn of the handle curve, is produced in Scarperia since the late nineteenth century, and has its roots in the ancient knives models used by Abruzzo shepherds especially for the cow horn handle in one piece and the simple spring.
