The undisputed protagonist of the dish is a blue cheese of the highest quality, whose sparkling notes are enhanced by the sweetness of Sichuan Pepper and at the same time rounded by the soft notes of a white cream of milk and cream. The result is a traditional recipe revisited in a starry key, always present in our menu.
